        Prices and Payment
        Our product prices are listed in Euros and include VAT.

        Invoice
        When purchasing as an individual or a company, you will receive a proforma invoice. The order is processed only upon receipt of payment. Customers with valid purchase-sale agreements pay according to the terms specified in the contract. The invoice is sent/delivered along with the goods. As we care about the environment, we prefer to send the invoice in PDF format to your email address. When placing an order, please register the email address where you would like to receive your invoices.

        Delivery, Additional Services and Shipping Charges
        Paid orders are delivered to the customer within 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

        Paid orders are collected within 1–2 business days and handed over to Venipak couriers, who deliver the goods within 1–2 business days.

        We offer various additional services, such as bringing goods indoors, time reservation, and assembly or installation. These services are subject to additional charges.

        The delivery price for online purchases depends on the total order amount. Delivery prices within Lithuania are as follows:

        Delivery Obstacles Caused by the Customer
        If VIZMO cannot deliver the shipment due to obstacles caused by the customer, the shipment is returned to the shipping company, which will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. In such cases, an additional delivery fee applies.

        Damage and Incorrect Distribution During Transport
        If the packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, you must report it to Venipak couriers and note it on the delivery slip before accepting the goods. To properly process a claim with the shipping company, you must keep all packaging, labels, pallets, or boxes in which the damaged goods were delivered.

        If a hidden damage occurs during transportation, you must immediately inform our Customer Service team by email: info@vizmolife.de within 1 day of receiving the shipment. Upon notification, we will require photos showing the damage to the packaging and product. To ensure you receive a flawless product, we will deliver a new product free of charge. If an order is delivered to the wrong address, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible. The shipment will be promptly and freely delivered to the correct address.

        Money-Back Guarantee / Right to Cancel within 14 Days
        As a VIZMO customer, you are entitled to a 14-day money-back guarantee / right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. This guarantee does not apply to custom-made products, special orders, products made to specific dimensions, parts of existing standard mounts and/or stands, or larger orders* than our usual products.
        You have the right to open the packaging and inspect the goods to ensure they meet your expectations.

        If you wish to cancel and return your purchase, the item must be in its original condition. All accessories and original packaging must be returned along with the product. The item must be unused and maintain its commercial appearance (e.g., undamaged labels, intact protective films) (this condition does not apply when returning a defective item).
        The returned product must be in the same complete set as received. Proof of purchase must be presented when returning the goods.

        If you want to cancel the order or return part of it, this must be done in accordance with the instructions under „Product Returns“.

        Product Returns
        When returning a product, please remember that you assume the risk of damage during shipment. Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging. We recommend using an additional shipping container for extra protection. All accessories, instructions, and other items must be included.

        To return product(s) based on the conditions set by VIZMO, you must do so within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, informing us via the contact details provided, stating the product name, order number, and reason for return. You have the right to return goods purchased from our online shop within 14 days without providing a reason.

        The remedy of defects, replacement of defective goods, and returns are governed by the Lithuanian Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy dated June 29, 2001, “On Approval of the Rules for Return and Exchange of Items”, except in cases where contracts cannot be cancelled according to Lithuanian law.         Refunds are always issued only to the payer’s bank account.

        The Seller has the right to refuse returns if the Buyer fails to comply with VIZMO’s return policy.
        In case of incorrect or defective products, the Seller undertakes to collect and replace them free of charge. If no replacement products are available, the Buyer will receive a refund, excluding delivery costs. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

        How to Return Goods?
        Contact our Customer Service team by email: info@vizmolife.de to receive a return label and return form for quality goods. Further instructions will be sent along with the return label.
        VIZMO does not accept shipments sent cash-on-delivery (COD).

        Warranty and Complaints
        At VIZMO, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our products. All our products come with a 30-day warranty.

        Consumers have the legal right to file a complaint (use the warranty) under the Lithuanian Civil Code within two years from the date the consumer received the product, unless a longer term is stipulated by a warranty or similar obligation.

        Warranty Conditions
        The warranty is valid from the date of purchase. A purchase receipt or another proof of purchase document is required for warranty claims.
        The warranty covers faults and manufacturing defects occurring during the warranty period.
        The warranty does not cover products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used improperly, altered, or cleaned incorrectly. It does not cover wear and tear, scratches, marks, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. It also does not cover products placed outdoors or in humid environments.         Warranty Assessment
        If you wish to submit a warranty claim, please contact us as soon as possible. VIZMO will inspect the product and determine if the defect is covered by warranty. If so, we will take one or more of the following actions, depending on whether you are representing a company or are a consumer.

        Business Right to Submit a Complaint
        At the Buyer’s choice, VIZMO can repair the defective product, reduce the price, replace it with a similar or equivalent item, or cancel the purchase (refund the purchase price). VIZMO covers all related costs, such as shipping fees.
        If VIZMO no longer sells the product, a suitable replacement will be offered. VIZMO decides what constitutes a suitable replacement.

        Consumer Right to Submit a Complaint
        Purchases made by consumers (individuals purchasing for non-business purposes) are governed by the Lithuanian Civil Code.
        VIZMO will, at the consumer’s choice, repair the defective product, replace it with a similar or equivalent product, reduce the price, or cancel the purchase (refund the purchase price). VIZMO covers all related costs, such as shipping fees.
        If the product is no longer available, VIZMO will offer a suitable replacement, at our discretion.
