These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop at www.vizmolife.de by consumers (\u00a7 13 BGB) and business customers (\u00a7 14 BGB). By placing an order, you agree to the Terms in the version valid at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n

2. Rights and Obligations<\/h2>\n

Obligations of the Seller:<\/strong>
\nWe commit to delivering the goods as agreed, issuing correct invoices, and processing returns in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n

Obligations of the Buyer:<\/strong>
\nThe buyer is responsible for providing accurate information, timely payment, and proper handling of the goods. Returns must be requested within the applicable time limits.<\/p>\n\n

3. Prices and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n

All prices are listed in euros and include statutory VAT.\nPayment is made in advance (prepayment). A proforma invoice will be sent to you via email after your order. Goods are shipped only after payment is received. Invoices are sent electronically as PDFs.<\/p>\n\n

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.\nThe withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you receives the goods.<\/p>\n
