Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party named by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement by email to info@vizmolife.de including your order number, the product name, and, if applicable, a reason for return. You may also use our standard withdrawal form for this purpose.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Opened or used dietary supplements
Sealed products whose seal has been removed (for health or hygiene protection reasons)
Custom-made or personalized products

Return conditions

Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products in their original packaging, including all accessories
The buyer bears the costs and risks of returning the goods, except in cases of defective or incorrect delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Shipping costs of the original order are refunded only if the delivery was faulty.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive defective or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately by email at info@vizmolife.de with photos and proof of purchase. We offer free replacement or a full refund.

No Cash on Delivery Returns

We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery (COD).
