We recommend 1–3 capsules daily with plenty of water, ideally with a meal. Many people start with 1 capsule in the morning and increase to 2–3 capsules spread over the day if needed. Please do not exceed the stated daily amount.
At 1 capsule a day the 90-capsule bottle lasts about 3 months and the 180-capsule bottle about 6 months. At 3 capsules a day that is roughly 1 and 2 months respectively.
500 mg per capsule: 250 mg Irish sea moss (Chondrus crispus) and 250 mg bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus). Plus the plant-based HPMC capsule shell – no magnesium stearate, no fillers, colours or flavourings. Vegan, gluten- and lactose-free.
Both are seaweeds. Irish sea moss (Chondrus crispus) grows along North Atlantic coasts, while bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) is recognisable by its small air bladders. Both naturally provide minerals and trace elements, including iodine – which is why we combine them in one capsule.
Not suitable for children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a thyroid condition or take medication, please talk to your doctor before taking them – seaweed naturally contains iodine. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and close the bottle well after opening. Keep out of reach of young children.
Orders are processed on business days and shipped with DHL. Within Germany your parcel usually arrives in 1–3 business days, within the EU in 3–7 business days. Shipping within Germany is free from €60, below that we charge €4.99.
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned without giving a reason; opened food supplements are excluded for hygiene reasons. If something arrives faulty or incorrect, email us at info@vizmolife.de and we will cover the return.

I actually found this to have a great effect on me. Will order it again soon
Since I started taking it regularly, I feel more energetic and my skin looks healthier. Taking it in capsule form makes it a simple and ideal addition to my daily diet. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a natural and effective supplement.
I recently tried Vizmo's sea moss capsules and I'm very satisfied. Unlike other brands, I experienced no side effects like chills or stomach discomfort. The tasteless capsules contain no unnecessary fillers, which is crucial for me as someone with allergies. The clear ingredient list gives confidence in the product's purity. I've been taking the capsules for two weeks and feel more energetic — even my sleep quality has improved. The stylish black bottle is an added bonus. I’ll definitely be recommending this product.
Great sea moss capsules! Super convenient and easy to take. I've noticed increased energy and feel healthier overall. Will definitely order again!
Dankeeeee
