1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop at www.vizmolife.de by consumers (§ 13 BGB) and business customers (§ 14 BGB). By placing an order, you agree to the Terms in the version valid at the time of purchase.
2. Rights and Obligations
Obligations of the Seller:
We commit to delivering the goods as agreed, issuing correct invoices, and processing returns in accordance with applicable laws.
Obligations of the Buyer:
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information, timely payment, and proper handling of the goods. Returns must be requested within the applicable time limits.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in euros and include statutory VAT.
Payment is made in advance (prepayment). A proforma invoice will be sent to you via email after your order. Goods are shipped only after payment is received. Invoices are sent electronically as PDFs.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear declaration to: info@vizmolife.deYou may use our sample withdrawal form if desired.
Returns are not accepted if:
- Opened or used food supplements
- Sealed products whose seal was removed (Section 312g(2)(3) BGB)
- Custom-made or personalized products
7. Gewährleistung & Garantie
Consumers are entitled to a two-year legal warranty.
In addition, we offer a 30-day voluntary guarantee.
Excluded from the guarantee are:
- Damage from improper storage or use
- Wear and tear
- Modifications or alterations
- Exposure to moisture or weather
8. Reklamationen & Ersatz
If a product is defective, we will provide a free replacement or refund.
If the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Lithuanian law applies, taking into account consumer protection provisions of EU and German law (Art. 6(2) GDPR, Art. 3(1) EGBGB).
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is our fulfillment location in Germany, where legally permissible.
